Ingredients: Peanuts, chilli, capsicum, onion, garlic, citrus, coconut, sugar, vinegar, assorted herbs & spices
Review: This mild chilli satay sauce has excellent flavour combinations and a really nice balance of sweet and spice. More of a Malaysian or Thai style satay. It’s a 3 out of 10 on my heat rating
Verdict: Great flavours and suitable over a variety of applications. Can be used as a marinade, a finishing sauce on stir fry or on your favourite wraps/burgers. My final score is a HUGE CHILLI 9.5 out of 10.
