Chicken Kasoundi

INGREDIENTS
1tbs Spicy Kasoundi
1 cup plain yoghurt
Pinch of salt
1/2kg chicken thighs
Pinch of paprika

 

METHOD

  1. Mix Spicy Kasoundi with yoghurt and salt.
  2. Lay chicken in a single layer in greased oven dish.
  3. Pour yoghurt mix over chicken, making sure all areas of chicken are covered well. Marinade for 1-4 hours.
  4. Sprinkle paprika over top. Bake in moderate oven for 1 hour or until chicken is cooked through.
  5. Serve with basmati rice and fresh coriander.
