FIERY THAI SPICE RUB

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ tbls Coconut dried shredded
  • 3 tsp Paprika
  • 1 ½ tsp Turmeric
  • 1 ¾ tsp gnd Black Pepper
  • ¾ tsp gnd Coriander powder
  • ¾ tsp gnd Cumin
  • ¾ tsp gnd Ginger
  • ¾ tsp Yellow Mustard powder
  • ½ tsp Cayenne powder

 

Method

Place all ingredients in a coffee grinder. Then, whisk until coconut turns into a powder and all spices are well blended.

Keep your mix in an airtight jar or container at room temperature for up to 1-2 months.
